The Star in Full Glow is a seven-step journey, delivered to your inbox one step each week, in a form that is spacious, slow, and beautiful. Over seven weeks you’ll make space for your essence to emerge, let your body open, meet the luminous star child still alive in you, see the belief that taught you your essence wasn’t welcome, reclaim beauty as genuine nourishment, and give your essence a voice.
