I entrusted Tiina to lead a multi-day strategy creating process for Solar Wheel OÜ, which was a great success and all participants were very satisfied with the outcome and the way it was conducted.
Tiina's ability to set the rules of the game, to keep the space and time is admirable, all participants were listening, working and thinking along. All the thematic blocks and homework were well thought out and guided.
