Tiina is very skilled in creating an environment where true insights can happen. She is not only a good listener, but you can feel her being present with you wholly. I entrusted Tiina to lead a multi-day strategy creating process for Solar Wheel OÜ, which was a great success and all participants were very satisfied with the outcome and the way it was conducted.
Tiina's ability to set the rules of the game, to keep the space and time is admirable, all participants were listening, working and thinking along. All the thematic blocks and homework were well thought out and guided.
At the end of the process we were able to have a strategy that all key people believed in, and in addition we felt a sense of team cohesion grow during the process. I would recommend Tiina and hope that our cooperation continues!

I managed to be a test user of her Creativity course, and Tiina with this opportunity just appeared in my reality at the right time when I had taken the first revolutionary step towards myself, from a very critical state.
