I dream of a world where each one of us gets to live a life that is truly fulfilling and in deep harmony with our deepest self and with the world around us.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I dream of a world where relationships are built on respect and honesty towards ourselves and each other – where a shared loving space supports the manifestation of each partner’s highest potential. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I dream of a world where companies and teams operate in mutual understanding, perceiving the uniqueness of each person and at the same time forming a synergistic whole. Being in a harmonious relationship both with each other and with the external environment – perceiving one’s role and value also in a larger system. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My story<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

For much of my life, I have been the person others could always rely on.<\/p>

The one who takes responsibility. The one who gets things done. The one who finds a solution. The one who keeps moving forward, even when tired, confused, or afraid.<\/p>

For many years, I built a successful career in communications and leadership, working across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. I approached my work as an adventure and a journey of discovery, collaborating with a wide variety of organizations, causes, and initiatives, often leading large-scale projects and complex undertakings. From the outside, everything seemed to be going very well. I had achieved much of what society tends to define as success, and I genuinely felt I was contributing to meaningful work that made a positive difference in the world. Initiatives such as Let’s Do It World, the Estonian Food Bank, Kino S\u00f5prus, Creative Estonia, and Estonia’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union were all part of that journey.<\/p>

Yet I began to notice something unsettling.<\/p>

It was difficult for me to truly feel joy in those achievements. Instead of pausing to appreciate what had been accomplished, I would immediately move on to the next challenge.<\/p>

Eventually, burnout forced me to stop.<\/p>

For years, I had moved from one project to another, taking on increasingly demanding responsibilities and believing that my value was measured by how much I could do, carry, and give. My goals and standards were constantly set at maximum. I expected a great deal from myself and often from others as well. At some point, my body caught up with me, and continuing in the same way was no longer possible.<\/p>

It was painful, but looking back, it became one of the most important turning points of my life.<\/p>

As I began to examine my life more honestly, it became increasingly clear that while I had become exceptionally skilled at finding meaningful challenges and rising to meet them, I had lost touch with myself\u2014with what I truly needed, what I genuinely felt, and what my soul was calling me toward.<\/p>

I began exploring not only how to recover, but why I had reached that point in the first place. What beliefs, inner patterns, and unconscious forces had shaped my choices? Why was it so easy for me to overlook my own needs? Why had I learned to seek my worth through achievement and responsibility?<\/p>

I explored a wide range of approaches that helped me understand myself more deeply. Life led me into personal development, body-based practices, and spiritual traditions that illuminated not only my own inner world but also the patterns through which we all shape our lives.<\/p>

Through these questions, I found my way back to something that had been with me all along\u2014a part of myself that I had buried beneath years of rationality and adaptation to what I believed the practical world expected of me.<\/p>

For a long time, it seemed I had to choose between one world or the other.<\/p>

Yet from childhood onward, I had kept dream journals, been fascinated by symbols, myths, different perspectives on what it means to be human, and the study of psychology. I was always drawn to questions that extended beyond the boundaries of conventional understanding.<\/p>

At some point, I decided to trust what was calling me more deeply.<\/p>

I completed an intensive year-long shadow work mentorship, began studying psychology, and immersed myself in Jungian, or analytical, psychology. In it, I found the most expansive understanding of human nature I had encountered\u2014a framework capable of bringing together all the elements that had spoken to me most profoundly from the very beginning.<\/p>

For the first time, I felt I had come home\u2014not to a place in the external world, but to myself.<\/p>

Today, I work with people who sense they have arrived at a similar place in their own lives.<\/p>

They are often intelligent, sensitive, and capable individuals. People who have spent years carrying responsibility, supporting others, and doing what needed to be done. From the outside, their lives may appear successful and well put together, yet somewhere deep inside, a quiet restlessness has begun to emerge. A question they can no longer ignore:<\/p>

Is this life truly mine?<\/strong><\/p>

At the heart of my work is helping people cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves\u2014with their feelings, needs, dreams, inner wisdom, and also the parts of themselves that have been overlooked, neglected, or pushed into the shadows.<\/p>

My work draws on Jungian psychology, shadow work, dreams, archetypes, symbolic language, and other approaches that support self-awareness and inner development. I am particularly interested in the place where rational thought meets intuition, where the conscious and unconscious enter into dialogue, and where a person gradually reconnects with their own inner compass and truth.<\/p>

I do not believe anyone else can give us the answers to life’s most important questions.<\/p>

I do believe, however, that those answers already exist within us.<\/p>

Sometimes what we need is a safe space, the right questions, and someone who can help us hear what our deeper nature may have been trying to tell us for a very long time.<\/p>

That is the space I strive to create through my work.<\/p>
